Spontaneity and being in the present moment

This workshop will introduce Morenian thinking around Spontaneity – its different forms, its relationship to anxiety and how we can train ourselves to be more present and spontaneous.

We will focus on being fully present in the moment: what it looks and feels like, what gets in the way and what assists us, and how it enhances our capacity to be both with ourselves and with one another.

The workshop aims to wake us up to our spontaneity and to assist us to look with fresh eyes at the possibility of the present moment.

Saturday 28 March 9.30 - 5.00 and Sunday 29 March 9.30 - 4.00

Campus Policy on Refunds and Credit

All refund and credit decisions are at the discretion of the trainers. While we will always consider extenuating circumstances, in general the campus policy is:

• Cancellation up to 4 weeks out from an event – Full refund or credit, minus a $40 administration fee.
• Cancellation within 4 weeks of an event – No refund but a credit towards a future event
• Cancellation within 7 days of an event or non-attendance – A credit towards a future event for illness only
