Writing workshop - for psychodrama trainees

Event Cost:
$180 includes dinner Saturday

This workshop is designed as a writing intensive for people engaged in training in psychodrama who want to complete or substantially advance one or other of their writing requirements. The workshop will run from a short session Friday night 7-9 and following on 10 – dinner on Saturday and 10-4 on Sunday.

The participants need to bring their own computer and resources they may be using for their writing. There will be four short input sessions to assist in developing your individual warm-up to writing and overcoming or integrating any known resistances.

Participants will be expected to come prepared to work on a new paper, a partial paper or work with a paper in need of substantial renovations. This amount of time is certainly adequate to finish off a social and cultural atom paper, or begin a thesis or progress it substantially.

I will be available for supervising, critiquing, cajoling, recommending, structuring and reading papers.

You will find that writing with others can be highly stimulating. Hearing about what others are focusing on and their dilemmas, and excitements is of great value.  The plan is to finish off at a reasonable time for dinner on Saturday and go off to either a local Thai or Italian place for a meal where we can let our writing-hair down and have some fun. We will return on Sunday refreshed and ready to write!

I would like to engage in some email to-ing and fro-ing prior to the weekend to really get a focus on what you might be writing on the weekend.

Please call me, Peter on 0411 873 851, or email me here to let me know if you are planning on coming or wanting to discuss it.
